Dra. Doris Iveth Villatoro Rodríguez is a general physician with extensive experience in primary care, medical missions, and international healthcare partnerships. Since 2015, she has served as Medical Director for medical brigades with Sharing Resources Worldwide and previously led medical brigades through Clínica John Eaves/La Providencia. She also maintains a private medical practice at Dispensa Médica Villatoro and served as a telemedicine consultant for Salud Para el Mundo (One World Health) from 2020 to 2024. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while leading teams that expand access to healthcare in underserved communities.
Dr. Villatoro earned her medical degree from the Catholic University of Honduras and is fluent in spoken English with advanced written proficiency, allowing her to work effectively in international settings. She has completed postgraduate training in Occupational Health and Safety Management and Human Resources and is recognized for her strong leadership, organizational skills, and commitment to continuous professional growth. Guided by her Christian faith, she is passionate about serving others through high-quality medical care, teamwork, and community outreach.
