German A. Figueroa Molinero is a psychologist, pastor, and project management professional with more than 14 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, organizational change, and multidisciplinary teams. He currently serves as a Partnership Facilitator and Senior Project Lead with Compassion International, where he oversees complex projects, supports strategic planning, and works alongside leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness. His expertise includes project management, change management, team leadership, budget oversight, and organizational development.

In addition to his professional leadership experience, German has served in pastoral ministry and theological education, equipping church leaders and teaching at both the secondary and adult levels. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Development, is pursuing degrees in Theology and an MBA in Project Management, and has completed advanced training in project management, leadership, and theology. He is passionate about developing people, strengthening organizations, and leading with integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to lasting community impact.
