Daniel Tercero Hernández is a business leader, project manager, and educator with extensive experience in organizational development, strategic planning, financial management, and human resources. As Executive Director of Salt & Light Ministry Foundation in Santa Cruz de Yojoa, Honduras, he has led operational planning processes, managed donor relationships, developed funding proposals, supervised staff, and coordinated programs with local and international partners. His background includes fundraising, leadership development, team building, and implementing sustainable initiatives that align organizational goals with community impact.
Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Finance from UNITEC (Magna Cum Laude) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Pedagogical University Francisco Morazán. He also has extensive experience as a mathematics, physics, and computer science educator, with a passion for mentoring and developing others. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he combines skills in management, education, technology, and leadership to support organizations and communities through strategic vision, collaboration, and effective execution.
